Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to assist you and manage all your returns  /  exchange requests!

  • Our return policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the product, and only applies if the product is new and in a condition that allows it to be resold, and the consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the presence of the packaging and all packaging materials. Based on this, the product is replaced or refunded within 14 days.

  • Products purchased through the website can be returned  /exchanged by hand pickup or delivered directly.

  • Please ensure that the returned item (s) is accompanied by an order confirmation and a copy of the delivery notice, along with all accessories and free gifts.

  • If you have received a defective product (such as if it was delivered to you and contains damaged or missing parts, or has any obvious damage), it can be returned and replaced, or you can get the full amount paid upon approval.

Please remember:

  • The product (s) must be in its original packaging and not unopened, with the original product order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts.

  • If the customer has paid the credit card, a refund will be made to his account, and a confirmation email will be sent to him.

  • If the customer has paid in cash, the value will be refunded in cash.

  • If the customer loses his bill within the fourteen days, he can request a copy from our after-sales service team or call us at, and a copy of the invoice will be e-mailed to him.
